These are the most amazing thing ever. Used them at my wedding in Cancun, it was hot and humid and they stayed all day and night and i could probably still use them again. YES they really do add 2 cup sizes, I had people asking me if I got a boobjob, in a good way! buy them if you're on the fence!

The only type of inserts I can stand wearing. This really solves the issue of them moving which is what I had issues with in the past. These stay STUCK all day and I never had to think about them or adjust them once. Very good quality.
I don't think I can go back to regular bras again! I used to tuck my bra straps in my bra cups but I always felt insecure as it would move around and I was worried the bra strap would come back out.
